PDC Racing Set For A Busy Year

PDC are set for a busy 2019 entering a variety of races in various disciplines.

They are planning to run in Classic Stock Hatch, Club Enduro, and hopefully a couple of Roadsports events.

Racing full time in Classic Stock Hatch once again are Jason Wood and Martin Rodgers, who are joined for 2019 in the team's new Nova by Pete Osgerby. Pete took part in his first ever race at the end of last season for PDC Racing in a Porsche 924, but will switch full time to the Nova.

There is a 4th Nova currently in build that should come online mid season with a familiar, expereinced driver at the wheel. And the Pip Hammond car should be seen at a few rounds this year, with Pip driving at least two (most likely Mallory Park and Cadwell Park)and guest appearances from historics racer Steve Potts and 2016 Porsche 924 champion Linda Warren. Later in the year a Fiesta XR2 driving Ian Gribben will be joining the grid too.

The other big news is that Pip and Gavin Johnson will be joining forces with TWP Racing in Club Enduro, driving the team's new Lotus Elise. Testing is due to start in April for the all new machine, scheduled for a full season as well as an exploratory outing in the Britcar round at Oulton Park later in the year!
